To Whom It May Concern:

We received your Friendly Reminder concerning the Trash Container being in-sight on a non-collection day, 1/20/2010.

Please know that we had put out the container on that day, Wednesday, so that the trash would be collected the following morning, Thursday. I understand the unsightliness of leaving a container out for days following pick-up, however I do not see the issue with putting it on the curb less than 24 hours prior to pick up.

I understand that we are required to rectify this situation within 10 days of your letter dated 1/21/2010, please know that the container was removed 1/21/2010 (prior to receipt of the letter). I hope that suffices your request.

Please know that we will continue to put our Trash Container on the curb on Wednesdays, and I hope that this is not an issue.
