Here's your sign...

Well today I am officially 4 months pregnant...and look just about the same as I did when I found out I was pregnant.

I've started wearing my maternity clothes out of wishful thinking (and I'm basically bored with all my "old" clothes). But, I think all I have accomplished is the "frumpy" look.

However, I have learned to embrace the fact that I am not showing at all. I am a stomach sleeper and enjoying every last night of feeling my stomach flat on the bed. Sigh...

People are also asking if I have felt the baby. Nope. Supposedly thinner people feel it a little bit earlier. As excited as I am to feel the baby, I HATE being interrupted and I have a feeling that will start to get on my nerves as well.

So am I truly pregnant? Yes. I saw a picture of the baby inside of me AND I have heard the heartbeat.

Every once in a while I think I see something or I think I feel something and I shout it to the world. But then it only turns out to be the um...well you know...not proper girl stuff. So I guess that's my sign for now :)

I always love when I can feel the baby move; it all just seems so real when that happens.
And then.. the baby just doesn't leave you alone! Lots of kicking and moving around (it will freak you out when he/she gets a little bigger, just wait!) :-)
So excited for you guys.
Love,
Lanae

I don't think I started to look pregnant either til I was about 5 months along. Months 3-4 I just looked like I'd gained a little weight (it goes right to my face), but not pregnant. I started wearing maternity clothes at about 4 months as well - then before I knew it, I started needing them. :) And then the kid started kicking up a storm. It'll come. And it'll be so fascinating!

I have never looked pregnant till about 6 months and then I gain about 20 pounds. They all came out healthy so don't worry about it!
